Night-time Manager

Saturday Nights - £150 per night
Some midweek admin needed

The Role
You’ll be the primary point of contact for all nighttime events, leading the team and making sure every evening runs smoothly, safely and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the night team, including rotas and maintaining consistently high standards.

  • Control the evening setup, including the alcohol changeover, and return the space to daytime standards at the end of the night.

  • Manage stock levels and ordering to keep the bar fully prepared.

  • Step behind the bar during peak periods to support the team and keep service flowing.

The Role
You’ll deliver warm, efficient service, keep the bar running smoothly and help create an atmosphere that feels welcoming, relaxed and well looked after.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and serve drinks consistently and to a high standard.

  • Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised throughout each shift.

  • Support opening, closing and changeover tasks to leave the space ready for what comes next.

Bar Server

Social Media Executive

Full-time | 5 days per week
£25,000 per annum

We’re looking for an organised and creative Social Media Executive to join the 312 Hospitality team.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our online presence helping to engage our audience, manage content, liaise with partners, and support overall digital strategy to promote the several brands we manage.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and schedule content across multiple brands

  • Help develop and execute ideas while maintaining community management on all platforms

  • Film & edit short-form content for Instagram and TikTok

  • Organise content days and keep content calendars on track

  • Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with influencers to create partnerships that align with our brand goals

  • Contribute to email marketing, website content updates, and other digital initiatives as needed.

  • Stay current on trends and review what’s performing and help improve future content

Qualifications:

  • At least a year of experience in social media marketing

  • Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and scheduling tools.

  • Basic filming and video editing skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging, on-brand copy

  • Strong organisation and the ability to plan ahead and keep to deadlines

  • A willingness to take feedback, learn and adapt while being confident in bringing your own ideas to the table

  • Basic design suite skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro)
